Black tire repair studs are constructed with a stud body and a gel part.
The stud body is often designed with a sharp stud head and a threaded body. Sharp stud head is easy to install into the tire, and generally use moderate hardness of steel, which can ensure smooth penetration of the tire, but will not be too fragile and break. For example, some tire repair studs have a metal stud head made of stainless steel for better corrosion resistance.
The threaded design of the stud body prevents the stud from falling off during use and can be better fixed inside the tire.
The rubber body is generally made of black rubber, with good flexibility and adhesion. After installing into the tire, it can quickly fill the broken parts of the tire and play the role of sealing. This rubber colloid is usually a specially formulated synthetic rubber that can adapt to different temperature and pressure environments. For example, it will not soften and deform in high temperature environments, and it will not become brittle and lose its adhesion in low temperature environments.
